Matcha Vegan Smoothie Bowl
- 1/2 tsp Matcha Powder
- 1/2 cup Soy Yogurt (or any plant based yogurt you like)
- 1 tbs Soy Milk (or any plant based milk you like)
- 1 tbs Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Frozen Banana
- Coconut Powder(For topping)
- Strawberry (For topping)
- Raspberry (For topping)
- Blueberry (For topping)
- Put all the ingredients except the topping fruits in a blender and mix well.
- Pour the matcha filling in a bowl and top with the coconut powder and any fruits you like.
