Matcha Coconut Boba Milk Tea
- 1 tbsp Matcha Powder
- 1 tbsp Hot Water
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- Maple Syrup to tasete
- 3 tbsp Tapioca
- Cook the tapioca as instructed on your package.
- Melt the matcha powder and maple syrup in the hot water. Mix well until you get a smooth paste-like texture.
- Add the chilled coconut milk to the mastcha paste. Mix well.
- Put the tapioca into the bottom of a cup. Pour the matcha coconut milk over the tapioca in the cup.
- Serve with a thick straw.
