Matcha Coconut Boba Milk Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Matcha Powder
  • 1 tbsp Hot Water
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • Maple Syrup to tasete
  • 3 tbsp Tapioca

Instructions

  • Cook the tapioca as instructed on your package.
  • Melt the matcha powder and maple syrup in the hot water. Mix well until you get a smooth paste-like texture.
  • Add the chilled coconut milk to the mastcha paste. Mix well.
  • Put the tapioca into the bottom of a cup. Pour the matcha coconut milk over the tapioca in the cup.
  • Serve with a thick straw.
