Matcha Latte with Shochu
- 1 tsp Matcha Powder
- 1 tbsp Hot Water
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Condensed Milk
- 3 tbsp Shochu (or Vadka)
- 1/2 cup Cold Water
- Melt the matcha powder in the hot water. Mix well until you get a smooth paste-like texture.
- Add the cold water with the matcha paste and mix well.
- Add the milk with condensed milk and shochu. Mix well.
- Pour the shochu milk at the bottom of a glass and gently pour the cold matcha on top.
- Serve with a stirring stick.
