Matcha Latte with Shochu

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 1 tbsp Hot Water
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Condensed Milk
  • 3 tbsp Shochu (or Vadka)
  • 1/2 cup Cold Water

Instructions

  • Melt the matcha powder in the hot water. Mix well until you get a smooth paste-like texture.
  • Add the cold water with the matcha paste and mix well.
  • Add the milk with condensed milk and shochu. Mix well.
  • Pour the shochu milk at the bottom of a glass and gently pour the cold matcha on top.
  • Serve with a stirring stick.
