Matcha Soda Float
- 1 tsp Matcha Powder
- 1 tbsp Hot Water
- 1 cup Sparkling Water Non flavored
- Honey (any sweetener you prefer) to taste
- Matcha Ice Cream (For decoration)
- Melt the matcha powder and honey in the hot water. Mix well until you get a smooth paste-like texture.
- Add the chilled sparkling water to the matcha paste.
- Put the ice cubes in a glass and pour the matcha sparkling water.
- Top with a scoop of the matcha ice cream and serve with a straw.
