Matcha Jelly in Milk

Ingredients
Matcha Jelly
- 1/2 tsp Matcha Powder
- 1/2 tsp Gelatin Powder
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Hot Water
- 1/2 cup Water
Green Matcha Milk
- 1/2 tsp Matcha Powder
- 1 tbsp Hot Water
- 1 cup Milk
- Honey (or any sweetener you like) to taste
White Honey Milk
- 1 cup Milk
- Honey (or any sweetener you like) to taste
Instructions
To make matcha jelly
- Melt the matcha powder, gelatine and sugar in hot water. Mix well until you get a smooth texture.
- Mix the matcha paste with cold water.
- Put the filling in a container and cool it in a refrigerator for about 1-2 hours until it has set.
- Take the matcha jelly out of the refrigerator and cut the jelly into small pieces.
- Put the matcha jelly in the bottom of a cup.
To make green matcha milk
- Melt the matcha powder and honey in the hot water. Mix well until you get a smooth paste-like texture.
- Add the milk with the matcha paste and mix well. Pour the matha milk over the matcha jelly in the cup.
To make white honey milk
- Simply mix the honey and milk, and then pour over the matcha jelly in the cup.
