Instructions
To make matcha jelly
Melt the matcha powder, gelatine and sugar in hot water. Mix well until you get a smooth texture.
Mix the matcha paste with cold water.
Put the filling in a container and cool it in a refrigerator for about 1-2 hours until it has set.
Take the matcha jelly out of the refrigerator and cut the jelly into small pieces.
Put the matcha jelly in the bottom of a cup.
To make green matcha milk
Melt the matcha powder and honey in the hot water. Mix well until you get a smooth paste-like texture.
Add the milk with the matcha paste and mix well. Pour the matha milk over the matcha jelly in the cup.
To make white honey milk
Simply mix the honey and milk, and then pour over the matcha jelly in the cup.
