Matcha Jelly in Milk

Ingredients

Matcha Jelly

  • 1/2 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Gelatin Powder
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Hot Water
  • 1/2 cup Water

Green Matcha Milk

  • 1/2 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 1 tbsp Hot Water
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Honey (or any sweetener you like) to taste

White Honey Milk

  • 1 cup Milk
  • Honey (or any sweetener you like) to taste

Instructions

To make matcha jelly

  • Melt the matcha powder, gelatine and sugar in hot water. Mix well until you get a smooth texture.
  • Mix the matcha paste with cold water.
  • Put the filling in a container and cool it in a refrigerator for about 1-2 hours until it has set.
  • Take the matcha jelly out of the refrigerator and cut the jelly into small pieces.
  • Put the matcha jelly in the bottom of a cup.

To make green matcha milk

  • Melt the matcha powder and honey in the hot water. Mix well until you get a smooth paste-like texture.
  • Add the milk with the matcha paste and mix well. Pour the matha milk over the matcha jelly in the cup.

To make white honey milk

  • Simply mix the honey and milk, and then pour over the matcha jelly in the cup.
