Matcha Ice Cubes in Milk

Ingredients
Matcha Ice Cubes
- 1 tbsp Matcha Powder
- 2 tbsp Hot Water
- 1 cup Water
- Honey (or any sweetener you like) to taste
Green Matcha Milk
- 1/2 tsp Matcha Powder
- 1 tbsp Hot Water
- 1 cup Milk
White Honey Milk
- 1 cup Milk
- Honey (or any sweetener you like) to taste
Instructions
To make matcha ice cubes
- To make matcha ice cubes, melt the matcha powder and honey in the hot water. Mix well until you get a smooth paste-like texture.
- Add cold water to the matcha honey paste and mix well.
- Pour the matcha filling in a freezer-proof container and cool it in a freezer for about 1-2 hours until it becomes nice frozen ice cubes.
- Take the matha ice cubes out of the freezer and remove the matcha ice cubes out of the container.
- Put the matcha ice cubes in a cup.
To make matcha milk
- Melt the matcha powder and honey in the hot water. Mix well until you get a smooth paste-like texture.
- Add the milk with the matcha paste and mix well. Pour the matcha pilk over the matcha ice cubes in the cup.
- For the white honey milk, simply mix the honey and milk, and then pour over the mathca ice cubes in the cup.
