Matcha Soy Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 1 cup Soy Milk
  • Maple Syrup to taste

Instructions

  • Warm up the soy milk in a microwave.
  • Take about 2 table spoons of soy milk and add the matcha powder and maple syrup. Mix well until you get a smooth paste-like texture.
  • Add rest of the soy milk with the mathca paste.
  • Mix well until all the ingredients incorporate.
  • Form the mathca soy latte if you have a milk frother.
  • Serve hot in a cup.
